Mitch Sullivan is rightly regarded as one of the genuine gurus in the world of recruitment - so I sat down with him to talk about how we add value.
Through the lens of job ad writing, he’s on a mission to change the way recruitment is done. For him, the classic contingent model is holding our industry back and only retainers can save us.
Luckily for us, Mitch shares his tips on how you can win more retainers and explains how to show your clients the value you bring to the table.
I’m obsessed by how we can demonstrate our value to our clients before we work with them - because we have to agree our rate at the start of a project - and Mitch explains the role that great job ad writing can play in this.
You may know the AIDA copywriting principle, and Mitch does a great job of applying that to our wider interactions with clients when we look at ways to persuade clients to choose us over all their other recruitment options.
