Dave is a highly respected recruitment trainer, but also runs a business recruiting for recruitment agencies, so he has a unique view of our industry.
During our conversation Dave explains how his recruitment service goes beyond the placement to include training of new placements, and how that changes his relationship with his clients.
He talks about the importance of valuing what we do as recruiters, and how it’s often the recruiter who values recruitment less than the client and candidate.
Dave also highlights the need to get clients to engage in the process, and not just sit back and blame their recruiter when things go wrong.
It’s great to hear from someone who is so passionate about our industry, and who offers really insightful ways to tackle some of the challenges we face.
