Everything you need to know about 'More Added Value'
Your questions answered - and your last chance to get the early adopter deal
As you may have seen, I have been looking for ways to help more recruiters add more value by creating something, well, more valuable to you as a recruitment leader.
The best way for me to do this is by expanding my Added Value content, sharing deeper insights and guidance on value and pricing strategy for those who want it.
I’ve had lots of questions about how ‘More Added Value’ is going to work, so here are the top things that recruitment leaders want to know.
What do I get when I join More Added Value?

How much does it cost?
Spoiler alert: there may be a competition question about these prices next week, so pay attention!
You can choose from monthly and annual subscription prices, with a 12-months-for-the-price-of-10 deal if you pay annually.
The More Added Value subscription is £19.71 a month, or £197.10 for the year.
What is the ‘early adopter’ deal?
The first 21 people to join More Added Value will get a unique ‘early adopter’ lifetime discount as a thank you for supporting me from the start.
The early adopter discount is £15.15 a month. As well as the lifetime discount, you will also forever be known as an early adopter in the Added Value community.
While I might play with other offers at some point in the future, there will never be a discounted rate as big as this again.
How do I get the ‘early adopter’ deal?
Simply email me with ‘Early adopter’ in the subject line before Monday 3rd July and you’ll get an exclusive link emailed to you when the deal goes live.
Is there a higher level option if I want even more value?
I’m always advising recruiters to offer different levels of service for different audiences, so it’s only right that I do the same.
For a limited time only, you can join as a Founding Member and benefit from more personalised guidance and direction on your value and pricing.
Please only consider joining as a Founding Member if you are:
A recruitment leader (any size business)
Ambitious about the value you want to create
Willing to talk openly with other leaders about your challenges
Added benefits at this level include an invitation to quarterly ‘value boardroom’ meetings where all Founding Members will discuss specific challenges around pricing and value.
With this in mind, I’ll only be admitting one Founding Member per sector to avoid any commercial conflicts. If two recruitment leaders from the same sector join, the first to join will get the Founding Member slot and any others will have their subscription refunded.
The Founder Member subscription is £840 a year.
Naturally, you can only be a Founding Member if you sign up early (the clue is in the name); the Founding Member level will close at the end of July.
When does More Added Value begin?
You can sign up to More Added Value from Tuesday 4th July.
The ‘early adopter’ deal goes live on Monday 3rd July, and is limited to 21 recruiters (email me now to get the exclusive link).
Once you subscribe, you’ll automatically start receiving your More Added Value emails as they are published.
What if I don’t want to join?
I’ll still be sending the usual Added Value emails once a week… but you won’t receive the deeper insights and guidance around applying these concepts to your business.
The world will continue to turn.
Your business will continue to run.
But you might not have as much of an edge on your competitors - or be able to charge quite as much - as those who have joined More Added Value.
Who writes More Added Value?
If this is a subtle way of asking whether I’m using an AI chatbot to churn out content, the answer is a definite no!
Everything you see will be created by me, Jon Brooks. The only exception is if I bring in guest experts to share their ideas and insights, but it’ll be pretty clear when that happens.
