On the podcast this week, I talk with Jordan Shlosberg of Atlas. As an AI expert, Jordan gives us a really interesting view of where recruiters will add value in the near future.
The good news is Jordan sees recruiters getting more valuable as we focus on solving higher-level problems. He gives the example of candidate testing technology - in theory a way to screen for top performers - actually putting off the best talent in the market, with the best people going to a trusted recruiter to find their next move.
Jordan is a serial founder, has experienced the challenges of hiring in both a start-up and when leading a larger business, and now helps recruitment agencies to do what they do better by using Atlas.
We also get into the psychology of building relationships with clients, and share some specific examples of how to get honest feedback from clients.
