To be clear, what you will not get is a personalised pricing strategy or a value-based pricing model bespoke to your business. These things require a serious investment of time and money, and most recruiters aren’t ready to make that commitment.
What you will get is guidance and direction that will help you improve the value you deliver for your clients, combined with tips and ideas to help you increase your fees and win better business.
And you get all of that without having to pay my full consulting fees. Which is handy.

Talking of fees, you can choose from monthly and annual subscription prices, with a ‘12 months for the price of 10’ deal if you pay annually.
The More Added Value subscription is £19.71 a month, or £197.10 for the year.
If you aren’t able to join at the moment, I’ll still be sending the usual Added Value emails once a week… but you won’t receive the deeper insights and guidance around applying these concepts to your business.

P.S. You might be wondering how I chose the price points for More Added Value.
There’s an argument that with the help of the insights and ideas you get from More Added Value you will be able to increase your fees and even win more business than before, which could be worth thousands or even tens of thousands to you.
On the flip side, it’s up to you to take the suggestions you get and make the change happen. But getting the expert support and guidance you need to make that change stick for less than £200 a year feels like good value for money.
As for why I chose the specific numbers I did, that’s a post for another day…
